Today I wanted to touch on this subject based on an experience that I had yesterday.  I had an appointment at my dentist's office and this appointment that should have been between one and two hours at the most turned into four hours.

I was placed into a room and the dentist started the procedure but then it became an agonizing assembly line of her stopping and attending to about four patients. 

I missed out on an important work assignment because of this.  The dental staff should have told me at the beginning the time that this procedure would take.

Time is money.  Time is a moment that you cannot get back.  Never let someone take your power of choice away because of their own selfish needs.  This relates to family, friends, or anybody who does not respect your time.

If I was told regarding the time that was needed for this visit, I would have rescheduled or canceled completely.

When people do not respect your time, they do not respect you.  When you go to a new establishment scan the room to see whether or not the people there have been waiting a long time.  Talk to them to see what their opinion is of the establishment.  

If you see anything going on that you do not like, get up and leave!  If you are being overloaded with assignments on your job that should be shared with the other employees, start looking online for another job because you will quickly become burned out.

Keep a diary of things that are going on at your place of employment, just in case you need it if you have been unfairly fired.  

Even with family; If your family is using you as a free babysitting service to drop their children off without respecting your time and boundaries, stop being available to them. Stop opening your door, don't let someone just drop by without calling you.  

If you have an appointment at the hair salon and you have to wait five hours; find a shop where you can have more personal care without the wait.  It is that simple!

Also, don't forget to speak up.  If I had done that when I stepped foot in that dentist's office, that could have alleviated the whole problem.

Avoid long phone calls and texts after work to protect your private time and remember

 not to waste other people's time also.

Hello everyone, I have been looking through numerous websites to see where I can find nice men's clothing that is of good quality and clothes that fit well.

While searching I found a lot of attractive clothing but the clothes didn't hang well on the models who were displaying the fashions.

There was a lot of stylish clothing that was available but one thing that was lacking was clothing that was well-made.  So many sites were selling fast fashion.  None of the clothes looked like they would last long.

This is okay if you are just finding clothes to wear to a concert or another event for one night but if you are trying to build a wardrobe, this is not the right way to do it.

Finding quality clothing that works well for work isn't easy because most of the sites that sell quality clothing are geared towards older men.  There is nothing wrong with this but it could be a problem if you are a younger man.

Finally, I stumbled across this site and it is Ben Sherman.  Ben Sherman is a website that features clothing for men that is not only stylish but it is well-made, classy, and very expensive looking.

These fashions could fit men of different ages but if you are a young man looking to stand out instead of trying to fit in a certain mode; these clothes are for you.

Hello everyone, today I want to share with you the reasons why I love using Instacart.

About five months ago, I was recovering at home from being hospitalized with Covid-19.  My family could not visit me, and I felt isolated and alone.  My mom's best friend dropped some food off that she prepared at my door.  I was so thankful because I was on oxygen, which means that I was unable to use my stove.  I was able to use the microwave and my crockpot but I had no way of buying food.

My family was out of town due to my Aunt passing away in another state.  My mom called me, and she suggested that I use Instacart.  I had never used Instacart, so I was a little apprehensive.  The fact that I didn't have anyone to do my shopping forced me to use the app.  Let me tell you, this app was definitely a blessing!

I looked on the app for food and I found such a large variety of items that I could order.  I placed my order and left instructions for the delivery person to leave the food in front of my door.  They followed the directions and I was able to get food in my home without any problems.  Instacart is ideal for people who are disabled or just don't have time to shop.  It is also safer because you do not have to be in a busy store.

I thought that when I recovered, I would go back to doing my food shopping in a supermarket but to my surprise, I continued using Instacart because it is so easy and it saves me so much time. 

The fees for using Instacart can be a bit pricey but for the convenience, it is well worth it!
