You Are Terrified Of Being Successful And You Are Stifling Yourself

You are terrified of being successful and you are stifling yourself.

Hello, everyone, I decided to do this post because I have been in this situation myself.  Sometimes you are presented with opportunities and because they are new, or foreign, you are completely terrified.

Whether it is a new job or a new move, you can be so scared of the unknown and you will start to talk yourself out of being successful.

There are many instances where this occurs and I have seen people who want to move out of a bad environment and when they make the move, they are still unsatisfied, why? because they are scared that things may actually go their way in a more positive direction.

I am sure many of you have seen people who have been in bad relationships and finally find a good one will do everything in their power to ruin or get out of a good relationship because they are programmed for failure.

We can want to make changes but if we don't push forward in spite of adversity we may never get to the place where we want to be in life.

Life is hard, very hard, and if you continue to sit on your hands or make excuses, you will be stuck and stifled because of your decisions.

I have some projects in the works right now and I am frankly scared to death, scared of not making it but also scared of all the work that will have to go into making this project work to my satisfaction.

Nothing in life comes easy so I will say that you should try anyhow because if not you will never know and you will have regrets.

I Have Been Shaken To The Core!

I Have Been Shaken To The Core

Well, Guys, I had a lot to confront this weekend. There were decisions to be made and they had to be made quickly.  I cannot go into direct details but I have some things that I want to say.

You can go through life and refuse to see the things right before you and you try to cover up the hurt but there will be a time that you will have to face a situation, a (Goliath) in your life.

This situation was something that had been going on for a very long time but I didn't know how to confront this situation because of the uncertainty about how it would turn out.

God, let me know that now was the time and when I attempted to approach this situation, the pieces started to fall into place.  I was still fearful and to be honest, I still am.  That is what real change will do, it will scare the heck out of you.

Still not sure what the outcome will be, but, I am expecting something great to come through this.  When God says move, you better move because you may not get the opportunity again.

Confront your fears early because it will still have to be confronted even if it is many years from now.

How To Live A Peaceful Life

How To Live A Peaceful Life:

  1.  Do not make or stay friends with people who are negative because their spirit will rub off on you.
  2. Surround yourself with people who are of the same peaceful temperament as yourself.
  3. Diffuse arguments quickly in your home and take a time-out.
  4. Live the type of lifestyle in front of your children that you would like for them to become.
  5. Listen to good music that makes you happy and brings back good memories only.
  6. Give to the needy because this brings joy to your spirit.
  7. Bring plants and animals into your life because it brings love into your world.
  8. Pray to God because prayer changes things.
  9. Learn how to save money because debt does not equal living in peace.
  10. Share knowledge with others because knowledge is power.

YES, YOUR CUP CAN RUN OVER ( MONEY SAVING)

YOUR CUP CAN TRULY RUN OVER, LADIES AND GENTLEMEN

In 2008 I just moved into my Apartment and I happen to be walking from the store and I saw this Elderly gentleman and he said "Hey Millionaire"  I found this a bit odd but I said hello and this Man had such a nice smile on his face.

We started talking and he said, " Do you know the Jar method?"  I said "Whaaaat".  He then went on to explain to me that after he goes to the store or anywhere he pays cash; he then take the change that is left over and put this in a jar.

I then told him that if I see this change lying around; I will then spend it and he said " Put it in a place that you cannot see it and out of sight is out of mind"   I knew this Gentlemen had a lot of wisdom as he was in his 80's at the time.

We talk and talked and then said our goodbyes and I never saw this Man again.  I count this experience as a real eye-opener and this Man didn't know that he forever changed my life.  I am not rich by any means but I am filthy rich in spirit. lol.
Piggy, Bank, Money, Finance, Business

I have been able to save money for emergencies, special occasions and for special treats for myself.  What I started doing was, use this jar method and I covered the jar with a colored cloth or colored paper so I couldn't see the contents of the jar and I also adopted using a juice container and I have continually been surprised at the amount I am able to save.

I have fully adopted old school principles about life and happiness and how to grasp the little things and find beauty in them.  Keeping up with the Joneses will only lead you to the poor house and you will never be fulfilled.
Wallet, Credit Card, Cash, Investment

Life is about Faith, Love, and Family.  I am a person who loves to shop like any other Woman out there but I find way's to do it and not use a credit card or go into debt.

I believe this Elderly Man was sent from God and I hope that wherever he is; he is in good health and enjoying life.  I have also learned some other money saving tips and I will share them in the near future.
