THE WONDERS OF WHITE VINEGAR

VINEGAR, A MIRACLE IN A BOTTLE

When we purchase Vinegar, we usually don't think of it as a product that has many uses.  We usually buy it to use on our salads or for barbecue, but what we have in our possession is a miracle product that we can use all around the house.

I like to buy big bottles of Vinegar to clean my counter tops, to shine my glass table and mirrors.  It can be used in your bathroom to clean the toilet, sink and bathtub.  Mixing Vinegar with water is great to clean your white walls.

My Grandmother told me many years ago, to use it to rinse my hair after shampooing and she said that this would get rid of excess soap and make my hair stronger.  You have to add half Vinegar and half water to a cup and make sure to rinse again with clear water.

You can use Vinegar to bathe in; if you are having breakouts from soap and you just add a half cup to your bath water and just soak and bathe and you will smell nice and fresh.

Vinegar can be use to wash your clothes.  Just add a cup of Vinegar at the beginning of the wash cycle and you will have nice, clean clothes.

Cleaning your comb, brush and toothbrush is a breeze if you soak it in five tablespoons of Vinegar and water.

To shine up your stove top, just add some Vinegar to some soapy water and lightly scrub and your stove will shine and look beautiful.

Cleaning tile floor is very easy with using a half cup of Vinegar to water and just mop and your floors will be so clean and the Vinegar will disinfect your floors.

In a pinch, you could use Vinegar as a mouth wash after brushing your teeth.

WARNING!  DO NOT MIX VINEGAR WITH HOUSEHOLD BLEACH.  VINEGAR AND BLEACH WILL RELEASE HARMFUL FUMES AND IT COULD BE DEADLY.

There are so many more uses for Vinegar and you can get it at your local supermarket and you will save so much money.

SHOULD YOU MAKE A NEW YEARS RESOLUTION OR NOT?

We are going into a new year and it is on a lot of peoples mind about making changes in their lives.  The first thing we  think about is making a New Years Resolution.  The problem with this concept is that we use this time to plan how we are going to make changes in our life, but, we don't realize that the changes we want to make, have been right in front of us, but since it has been the norm to pick a certain time of the year to make different plans and choices, we fail to think that we could have made these changes all along.

It takes a while to train our minds to do things differently, but I feel that we can use each day to start practicing things that would help us to accomplish the goals that we set out to.  If you would like to stop smoking and you are smoking a pack a day, then you would take out 4 cigarettes out of a pack and each week subtract another cigarette or you could subtract 4 or 5 a month and over time you would be smoking less and less.

If you would like to save money then start saving a few dollars a week and do not spend it and at the end of the month you will see an increase and  after 6 months you will get in the habit of saving because you will be so excited of what you could accomplish in a small amount of time.  Saving will start to become second nature to you and when it comes time to put that money you saved towards a house or a vacation that you dreamed of, you will learn to appreciate what this practice of saving can do.

If you would like to lose weight then, you would start cutting back on food a few times a week and start exercising at least twice a week and you will start to develop habits that will give you the willpower and the discipline to continue long term.

So, you would like to start a small business but you don't have the money or the time to get things moving; I would suggest that you get books to learn more about this business you would like to start and talk to someone who is already in this business, and start to buy little supplies such as; pens, paper, books, shipping supplies and etc. This way you are not overwhelmed with the expenses.  Start small and build and before you know it, you will be in the business that you dreamed of.

You would like to move to a new area, but, you are not sure how you will do it.  Get on your computer and start researching the area that you are interested in.  If you are just changing your apartment, then go to the apartment that you like, different parts of the day or night to get a feel of the neighborhood.  Talk to people who live in the area or complex to see what they think about it.  If you decide that this is the place that you want, then start buying boxes and making plans and give yourself a time limit on when you want to move and even if this takes you a year to do, you will be able to do this very easily.

What I am saying in this blog is; make changes everyday and you will be more successful than making New Years Resolutions.

Have a Happy New Year!
